Easy Homemade Pistachio Cold Foam

If you’ve check out any of my other posts, you probably know that I absolutely love a good cold foam. And let me assure you, this pistachio cold foam is going to be a new favorite. It’s lightly sweet, nutty, and perfectly foamy – made at home using homemade pistachio simple syrup for the most authentic flavor. This recipe is inspired by coffee shop style pistachio drinks but uses simple ingredients you can find (or make) at home.
It’s perfect for iced coffee, cold brew, iced lattes, or even drizzled over hot coffee for a cozy twist (it loses some of the “cold” element but is still amazing!).

Instructions

No frother?
I absolutely love this frother and it seems to get me the perfect texture every time, but if you’re not looking to invest in a frother there are other options too! You can use:
- A mason jar (shake vigorously)
- A handheld milk frother
- A small blender
Step 3: Spoon Over Your Drink
Gently spoon or pour the pistachio cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, or an iced latte. Watch it float and slowly cascade into your drink—just perfection.
