Spinach Pesto
Truly the easiest, fastest way to get in an extra serving of veggies. We love it on pizza, pasta, or our spinach roll recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic (or more - measure with your heart!)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend - it's that easy!
