Ingredients

rhubarb, chopped

water

sugar
Instructions
Rinse rhubarb and chop into 1 inch pieces
Combine chopped rhubarb, water, and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 25 minutes or until rhubarb is mush and liquid is slightly thick
Remove from heat and strain
Store in refrigerator
