Jell-O Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Jell-O any flavor
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 ½ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Coat 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, add Jell-O and boiling water. Mix to combine.
- Once dissolved, add mini marshmallows. Stir to combine.
- Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after ever time until marshmallows are dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Once fully set, roll your jello mixture into a log shape. Start from one end and roll tightly to create a tight pinwheel.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and place the log back in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Once set, use a sharp knife to slice the jello log into 1 inch pieces.
