Easy Pizza Sticks Recipe
String cheese wrapped in pepperoni or salami, rolled in pizza dough, and baked until golden. Cheesy, kid friendly, and perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 string cheese sticks mozzarella works best
- 24-32 slices pepperoni or salami
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning optional
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
- Pizza sauce or marinara for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap each string cheese with 3–4 slices of pepperoni or salami or until covered.
Unroll pizza dough and cut into 8 equal strips. Roll one cheese stick in each strip, pinching edges to seal.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool slightly and serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
