4cupswhole milkor half-and-half for extra creaminess
1cupheavy cream
1canpumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)15 oz
1cansweetened condensed milk14oz
1/3cupbrown sugaradjust to taste
1 1/2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Whipped creamfor topping
Crushed graham crackers or gingersnapsfor garnish (optional)
Instructions
In your crockpot, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and fragrant.
Reduce to WARM and ladle into mugs.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or gingersnaps before serving.
