Servings: 8 cups
- 6 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate for a sweeter version
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Add milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt to your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to help the chocolate melt evenly.
Once the chocolate is fully melted and smooth, switch the crockpot to “warm” to keep it ready for serving.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, marshmallows, or crushed candy canes.
Use real chocolate chips for the richest, creamiest flavor.
Stir occasionally to prevent chocolate from settling at the bottom.
Keep the slow cooker on warm for up to 3 hours during parties.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently before serving.
