Buffalo Chicken Sliders
These buffalo chicken sliders are loaded with spicy chicken, creamy ranch, and melty cheese on soft rolls. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family dinner.

- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- 6 slices cheese see above for our suggestions
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch until coated.
Slice buns in half horizontally; place bottoms in dish.
Spread chicken mixture evenly, then layer with sliced cheese.
Place top buns on. Brush with melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
Slice and serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese.
Freezer Option
Assemble but don’t bake. Wrap tightly, freeze up to 3 months.
Thaw overnight, then bake as directed.
