Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These buffalo chicken sliders are loaded with spicy chicken, creamy ranch, and melty cheese on soft rolls. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices cheese see above for our suggestions
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch until coated.
  • Slice buns in half horizontally; place bottoms in dish.
  • Spread chicken mixture evenly, then layer with sliced cheese.
  • Place top buns on. Brush with melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  • Slice and serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

Freezer Option
Assemble but don’t bake. Wrap tightly, freeze up to 3 months.
Thaw overnight, then bake as directed.
