While we love where we live, we’re unfortunately a road trip away from both sets of grandparents. That means we spend lots of time in the car with our kids at an early age. I think each of my boys had their first road trip to grandma and grandpa’s when they were about a month old. I mean, that might be a stretch to say enjoyable, but at least it will be less dread-able. 2. Mount a headrest mirror or back seat camera so you can have eyes on your rear facing child at all times.
