Homemade Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha

This homemade iced Dubai chocolate mocha is rich, chocolatey, and inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bars filled with pistachio cream and Starbucks new entry into the Dubai chocolate craze. Finished with a thick layer of pistachio cold foam, it’s an indulgent coffeehouse style drink you can easily make at home—no specialty equipment required.

How to Make an Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
For the iced chocolate mocha

- 1–2 shots espresso, cooled (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- Ice

Step By Step Instructions
- Prepare the glass
Fill a tall glass with ice. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass if desired. - Mix the chocolate base
In a small cup or jar, stir together the milk and chocolate syrup until fully combined. Feel free to add a bit of our pistachio simple syrup at this point too if you’re a big fan of that rich pistachio flavor. - Add the coffee
Pour the espresso or strong coffee over the ice, then add the chocolate milk mixture. Stir gently. - Top with pistachio cold foam
Spoon or pour the pistachio cold foam over the drink, letting it sit thickly on top. - Finish and serve
